We want to make sure your OURBEATS experience is flawless. Below are the terms and conditions under which we accept exchanges and returns.
Accepted Cases
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
Defective Stitching
Manufacturing defects or loose seams on the product at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Size
If you receive a size different from the one you selected in your order confirmation.
Printing Errors
Defects in the design, printing errors, or clear graphics and printing quality issues.
Required Product Condition
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
Replacement & Exchange Timeline
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement or exchange process will take approximately 1 to 3 business days, or longer depending on when the returned product arrives at our facility.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
